In this edition, we highlight key insights from the North America English-language webinar, where representatives from the Iowa Lottery and the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG) shared their experiences in achieving World Lottery Association (WLA) responsible gaming certifications. 

Mary Neubauer from the IOWA Lottery emphasized the importance of having the right mindset and a structured Responsible Gambling Plan to effectively evaluate and improve their practices. 

Andrea Sardinha from OLG discussed how using the digitalRG platform for their fourth Level 4 certification streamlined the process, saved time and resources, and supported continuous improvement.
