EL/WLA Sustainability and Responsible Gaming Seminar 2025

Organised by European Lotteries (EL) in collaboration with the World Lottery Association (WLA) and hosted by  Österreichische Lotterien, this three-day seminar will bring together global experts, regulators, and lottery leaders to explore the intersection of sustainability, responsible gaming, and the evolving expectations of younger generations under the theme “Tomorrow in Mind: Addressing the Expectations of the Next Generation.”

The event takes place at the Vienna Marriott Hotel, with a networking evening at the Rathauskeller beneath Vienna City Hall. Sessions will be held exclusively in English.

It brings together global experts, CSR and RG specialists, lottery CEOs, and regulators to examine emerging digital behaviours, sustainability practices, and responsible gaming strategies through keynotes, panels, and interactive breakouts, all aimed at building a more inclusive, resilient, and forward-thinking lottery environment.
